Method | How To Make Mini Pavlovas?

Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius. Take egg whites in a clean dry bowl and beat it on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes till soft peaks form. Gradually add icing sugar and keep on beating at high speed until you get smooth and glossy peaks. Take around 8 to 10 minutes.
